Great Work! An interesting thing about the Columbian Exchange is that the effects of it are still felt in the world today. Think about the last time you ate a banana, saw a cow or horse, or had a piece of toast. All of those items came to the Americas with the Europeans in this system! Use your notes to record your thoughts about the things that you use every day that came to the New World as a part of this system.
