Scroll down toward the bottom until you get to section “E - Exercises: Find the equation of a quadratic function given its graph.”

Click on the button that says "click here to start" to open the applet. Now press the button "new graph" to generate a new graph. You can write an equation by using the roots from the graph.  The answer is revealed when you click the “show/hide” button.  You may press the “new graph” button several times to practice as much as necessary.
