You should now repeat these steps on your own.
You are going to copy some new data into the applet and then come up with your own (green) line of best fit.
Identify two good points from the green line and determine your own equation. Remember, when you take your test you will not have the applet to tell you the equation of your line.
You will describe the meaning of the slope and y-intercept and make predictions.
Use the applet (red) to get an accurate line of best fit to repeat the predictions to see how close you were.
Hopefully, by the end of this lesson you’ll make very good predictions.
