Viewing OnTRACK Lessons on Mobile Devices

Using activities

• Tap your touch screen when instructed to "scroll over" images or text.

Unsupported activities

• Some of the videos and activities in these lessons require the Flash player plugin. These activities are not supported by many mobile devices and must be viewed using Firefox or IE.

Scroll up and down

• To scroll up and down on a page, use finger swipes as usual.

Zoom in and out

• To enlarge TEXT, pinch and expand as usual. You can also double-tap on a content area to fit its width to your screen. To zoom out, double-tap again.
• To enlarge or shrink an , swipe the page to center the activity on the screen and then pinch and expand using the text directly above or below the activity.

Save images on an iPad

• To save an image, tap and hold on the image. Then choose "Save image" from the popup box that appears.
• Images within interactive exercises cannot be saved.

Bookmark pages on an iPad

• To bookmark a page, tap the icon.
• To access your bookmarks, tap the icon.

Quickly return to the top of the page

• To quickly return to the top of the page, tap once on the title bar at the top of the screen.

Navigating in Epsilen

• If Epsilen's menu buttons seem unresponsive, try tapping and holding on a button. Then choose "Open" from the popup box that appears.

Return to the lesson

• Some links (such as the one that brought you here) will open a page in a new browser window. To return to the lesson within Project Share on an iPad, tap the multiple pages icon in the menu bar which will display up to nine currently open pages that you can either tap on and re-open or close.
